The Treasury Analyst role overview:

ICON is currently recruiting for a Treasury Analyst to join our busy & growing team based in our Head Office in Leopardstown, Dublin. The role is on a hybrid basis, and would ideally need someone to be locate close to the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting and compliance within the Treasury Function. Some project management will be required for the ad-hoc implementation of bank accounts for new entities and any bank rationalization as required.

Duties of the Treasury Analyst role include:

• Cash management and cash forecasting for group companies including investment and FX settlement

• Management of all bank accounts, banking services and user access review across 46 countries - spanning Europe, US, Canada asia pacific and Latam

• Engage with banking and service providers to implement services and process improvements

• Prepare bank account opening documents & related resolutions for new offices or entities migrating to the current banking system in Europe, US, Canada, Latam & Asia

• Handle any internal banking queries across the group and resolve with banking partners

• Maintain and produce compliance reports for S-ox and management reporting

To be successful in the Treasury Analyst role, you will have:

• Graduate in Business or Finance or part AMCT qualified

• Prior experience within treasury in a corporate or a bank is advantageous

• Motivated and organised individual with good communication skills and attention to detail

• TMS system experience an advantage- reporting and process improvements and proficient in Excel
