Treasury Analyst - Spanish Speaking

ICON is recruiting a Spanish-speaking Treasury Analyst to join our busy and growing Treasury team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position. This hybrid role is based at our Leopardstown Head Office and is ideal for candidates located nearby.

The Treasury Analyst will play a key role cash management and banking activities. The successful candidate will also support our LATAM operations, liaising directly with regional banks and internal stakeholders across Spanish-speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily cash management and cash forecasting for group companies, including investment and FX settlement.
• Assist with the maintenance of all bank accounts, banking services, and user access reviews across 46 countries (Europe, US, Canada, Asia Pacific, LATAM).
• Provide Spanish-language support for LATAM entities, liaising with local banks and financial institutions as required.
• Engaging with banking and service providers to implement services and process improvements.
• Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making related to investments, debt management, and funding strategies.
• Serve as a first point of contact for internal banking queries.
• Maintain and produce compliance reports for SOX and management reporting.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Business or Finance; part AMCT qualification desirable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables and look ups)
• Experience in reporting and banking.
• Candidates with experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Corporate Banking, or Accounting would be well-suited for this role.
