Overview:

Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of ICON credit card program in compliance with SOX & local policies.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up credit cards
• Updating employee file
• Reviewing accounts
• Downloading statements
• Recoding and creating invoices
• Reconciliations
• Assist in Month End Clos process - accruals
• Resolution of issues

Qualifications:

You will need:

• Desirable 2 years of experience
• Finance Experience
• Advanced English for Write / Read / and Talk
• Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Good Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactions.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on Own & as a Team player.
• Good organization skills
