Bio
I am a Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Korea, with over 10 years of experience in global CRO recruitment. I joined ICON in December 2014 and have since played roles in hiring talent across the APAC region. Currently, I am recruiting Full Service positions in Korea and Strategic Solutions positions in India.
Throughout my career, I have also supported hiring for Medical Affairs, Project Delivery, and Clinical Delivery roles across Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing both internal and external candidates grow their careers through various opportunities, including talent programs, transfers, relocations and promotions. My own journey at ICON reflects this commitment to growth – I started as a sourcing recruiter and, with the support of the company, advanced to my current role as a Talent Acquisition Business partner.
