I joined ICON in June 2021, and since then I’ve had the opportunity to partner with several business units and gain a deep understanding of the LATAM talent market. Throughout my career here, I have designed recruitment strategies and led the full end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions, which has given me a broad perspective on how to connect top talent with the right opportunities.

Currently, I specialize in recruiting for Pharmacovigilance across all departments (Case Processing, Reporting, and Administration) and all seniority levels. I also support hiring for Language Services, Clinical Data Science, and the challenging Clinical Operations roles, such as IHCRAs and CRAs (I, II, and Senior) in Argentina and Chile.

My goal is to ensure candidates also see ICON as a place where they can thrive, develop, and make a real impact in the industry.
