Hi, I am Jenny Zhang, Talent Acquisition Partner based in Beijing, China. After receivinga Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Warwick Business School in UK, I moved back to China in 2014 to kick off my recruitment career in global agency. I joined ICON in 2017, and I support ISS for global key accounts from top pharma, medical device & diagnostics companies. Opportunities vary from junior to senior levels across China, including clinical monitoring (CRA), project management(PM), quality management(QA/QC), clinical trial support(SSU/CA/CTA) etc. We have tremendous focus on developing internal talent for continuous advancement in career progression.
