With over 9 years of Clinical and Pharmaceutical Recruitment experience within Southern Africa and Africa, I have gained a solid understanding of the skills landscape. Focused on talent acquisition across ICON’s Strategic Solutions division, I partner with all of the stakeholders and sponsors within the Africa region. I have a strong belief in the importance of the right skills and people in an organization, and therefore the alignment of values is vital. I support all of our partners in South Africa with providing a continuous pipeline of skills, advice, and market intelligence in order to effectively achieve their goals. Opportunities vary from entry-level Clinical Research graduates to highly skilled Clinical Trial Management specialists, Contract negotiators and Project Managers within the Clinical Research industry.
