As Translation Associate Project Manager you are responsible for the coordination, execution, control and completion of single service projects ensuring consistency with ICON SOPs, service-line best practices, project contracts and budgets

The role

• Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international
• Lead the planning and implementation of single service projects
• Define project tasks and resource requirements based on project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project resources
• Manage project budget
• Plan and schedule internal project timelines
• Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance
• Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Other duties as assigned

What you need

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Languages/Translations or related field
• Fluency in English both orally and in writing with excellent communication skills - Native level English is required for our project management roles
• Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills
• Strong team player
• Exceptional customer service
• Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently
• MS Office Suite
• Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the translation industry, preferably in project management of linguistic validation projects
