As a Business Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.


What you will be doing:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate and consult with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements

·         Develop report mock-ups and proof of concepts to facilitate effective hand-offs to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team

·         Provide feedback on layout, visualization types, and overall presentation to ensure that dashboards meet business requirements

·         Test reports and dashboards to validate content accuracy, usability, and data quality from a business perspective

·         Gather feedback from end-users to continuously refine and improve reports and dashboards

·         Perform ad-hoc data queries on semantic models to address business questions and resolve issues

·         Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users are confident in using the reports and dashboards

·         Scrum Master for BI Dev Team


You are:

 

Skills Required:

·         Experience with clinical development lifecycle; including clinical development planning, project management, and database systems (CTMS, EDC, IRT, etc.)

·         Strong analytical and quantitative skills

·         Advanced in Microsoft Excel

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders at all levels

·         Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively, strategically, and tactically

·         Ability to work with both Technical and Business Team Resources

Additional Skills Preferred:

·         Experience with Excel Power Query

·         Experience with BI Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

·         Relevant certifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, social/physical/life science, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a development operations role, specifically phase I-III Oncology
