We are currently seeking a Calibration Technician to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Calibration Technician at ICON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards, thereby enhancing the reliability and integrity of our clinical operations. You will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative treatments and therapies by validating systems and processes that support clinical research.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Tracking calibrations of equipment.
• Maintaining equipment inventory and calibration records.
• Scheduling equipment trainings.
• Completing equipment record forms and receiving new equipment.
• Conducting validation activities for systems, applications, and processes used in clinical research to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define validation strategies and documentation standards.
• Overseeing the execution of validation protocols, including installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ).
• Providing technical guidance on system validation methodologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assisting in the identification and remediation of any issues related to system validation and compliance.

Your Profile:

• Degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, computer science, or engineering.
• Experience in systems validation within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
