I joined ICON in December 2020, and have 15 years of recruitment experience in the life sciences sector including the following: clinical research, medical device, pharma/biopharma, and physicians. With ICON, I support the Feasibility and Site Activation (FSA) business unit.  Feasibility and Site Activation includes everything that must take place from the first point of contact with the sponsor to the moment that the study team is ready to screen and enroll subjects. ICON’s FSA team is comprised of Study Support Assistants, Study Start Up Associates, Study Start Up Managers, Site Activation Leads, Site Activation Managers, Feasibility Managers and Site Identification Leads.  ICON’s Feasibility and Site Activation department has a clear career path which starts with our SSU Assistants and Associates with room to grow to Manager and Director positions.
