We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate II, PCS to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Client Services Associate II, PCS at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing - Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support throughout the clinical trial process.
- Coordinating and managing various aspects of clinical trial projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Serving as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Conducting data analysis and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
- Proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth project operations.
Your profile - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with clinical trial management systems preferred.
