We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Associate at ICON, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Support the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulations, and study timelines.
• Coordinate with investigative sites, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate study activities and resolve operational issues.
• Assist in the development and review of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study manuals.
• Perform site monitoring visits, review study data, and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the trial.
• Contribute to the preparation and presentation of study progress reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical company, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
