We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Science Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Data Science Lead at ICON, you will play a crucial role in driving data science initiatives within clinical trials, ensuring that our analyses provide meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions. You will contribute to the advancement of innovative therapies by overseeing data science projects and leading a team of data professionals.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading the design and implementation of data science strategies to enhance clinical trial data analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key data requirements and analytical needs.
• Overseeing the development of statistical models and analytical tools to optimize data interpretation.
• Mentoring and guiding team members in best practices for data analysis and visualization.
• Communicating findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports, influencing project direction.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in statistics, data science, life sciences, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and project leadership within a clinical research setting.
• Strong expertise in statistical software and data visualization techniques.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Responsable en Data Science Clinique pour rejoindre notre équipe diversifiée et dynamique. En tant que Responsable en Data Science Clinique chez ICON, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conduite des initiatives de data science au sein des essais cliniques, en veillant à ce que nos analyses fournissent des informations pertinentes permettant d’éclairer les décisions stratégiques. Vous contribuerez au développement de thérapies innovantes en supervisant des projets de data science et en dirigeant une équipe de professionnels des données.

Vos missions :

• Piloter la conception et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de data science afin d’optimiser l’analyse des données d’essais cliniques.

• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour identifier les besoins clés en données et en analyses.

• Superviser le développement de modèles statistiques et d’outils analytiques afin d’optimiser l’interprétation des données.

• Encadrer et accompagner les membres de l’équipe sur les meilleures pratiques en matière d’analyse et de visualisation des données.

• Communiquer les résultats et les analyses aux parties prenantes via des présentations et des rapports, et influencer l’orientation des projets.

Votre profil :

• Diplôme supérieur (Master/Doctorat) en statistiques, data science, sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe.

• Solide expérience en analyse de données et en gestion de projets dans un environnement de recherche clinique.

• Excellente maîtrise des logiciels statistiques et des techniques de visualisation de données.

• Excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec une forte aptitude à transformer les données en recommandations opérationnelles.

• Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, avec la capacité de favoriser la collaboration au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.
