When you start with the company you receive excellent training in SAS programming as well as domain knowledge and there’s a real emphasis on continuous learning. The standard of this training means that new team members can really start working to their full capabilities as quickly as possible, often exceeding expectations.

The management is consistently supportive, particularly my director. In meetings, he always takes my feedback on board and encourages me to build on my skill set. This supportive atmosphere means that everyone is provided with the opportunity to advance as far and as fast as they are able to. As a team, we also enjoy socialising together, especially in the ICON-SAS Bonkers sports team and this adds to the friendly atmosphere!
