The Role

Title: Clinical Support Intern

Location: Wilmington, NC

• Recognise, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centres around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• Assist with the development of department and project plans
• Assist with data clean-up activities
• Assist with developing, reviewing, validating and/or distributing Project Reports
• Assist Managers with agendas and meeting minutes as required
• Supports the Training & Capability team with scheduling training, tracking attendance and follow-up
• Supports the Planning and Resource Management (PRM) group with QC’ing reports, data entry, issue resolution, etc.
• Supports file transition activities
• Other duties as assigned
