Communicate proactively with project teams and clients regarding contract and change order progress.
Provide essential input for negotiations and discussions with clients, supporting Contract Managers, Sales teams, and Project Leads as needed.
Attend client related meetings and assist with contract-related discussions and follow-ups
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Ideally Have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and templates.
