Job Title: Executive Management Assistant to the EVP

Location: North Wales, PA (Lansdale) (Office-based) 

This is an exciting Executive Management Assistant position to work for ICON, a Top 4 Global CRO in the world.

Overview of the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level Executive Management support for the President and EVP of one of ICON’s business units.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with ICON’s Senior Management Team providing:

• Calendar management, including planning and arranging meetings ensuring rooms and equipment is available if required
• Organize and plan off-site events on behalf of the President or EVP
• To design, implement and undertake marketing and company promotional activities
• Co-ordinate complex travel and accommodation requirements for the EVP and direct reports ensuring cost effective routes/flights and accommodation are booked
• Compose, prepare, transcribe and maintain correspondence, reports and other documentation for internal and external use
• Ensure tasks are organized and prioritized effectively to ensure a high level of service
• As part of this role you will be exposed to sensitive information therefore the role holder must poses maximum levels of discretion and integrity at all times
• The sheer volume of tasks which need to be undertaken on a daily basis are significant, these tasks need to be carried out with precision, creative thinking skills, diplomacy and flexibility.    
• Collaborating with other Executive Management Assistants and providing cover as and when required
• Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.  Therefore, dependent on the employee’s location, the employee may be required to possess a valid Drivers license

Experience and Qualifications

·         Bachelors degree, or local equivalent

·         Previous experience working within a global environment providing management support to Senior Leaders eg CEO, CFO, President, COO

·         Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs      

·         Excellent communication skills and the ability to work and build relationships with Senior

·         Leadership Team

·         Proven experience in delivering a high level of trust and discretion

·         Excellent computer skills

·         Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach
