Investigator Payments Coordinator

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator (Contract Specialist) you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. You will be working single-sponsor for a well-known sponsor, with headquarters in Switzerland and focussed on reimagining medicines to improve and extend people's lives.

In this role you will be accountable for the coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts:

• Principal Investigator (PI) Contract,
• Site Contracts, Master Service Agreement (MSA)
• Contracts with institution, local vendors, etc...

You will be responsible to “translate” the protocol into a contract (based on the schedule of assessment) and this in close collaboration with the study start-up team.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts and amendments (PI, Sites,  Institutions, MSA, Local Vendors, etc..., as applicable) for assigned projects
• Track and oversee contract status including the dispatch and return of contracts
• Negotiate financial & legal conditions, escalates issues as applicable
• Be the single point of contact for local Legal and Ethics Committee Review (ERC) (e.g., for patient reimbursement topics)
• Develop and standardize local contract templates (e.g., for EC submission if required by local regulation) and MSAs
• Adhere to financial standards, prevailing legislation, ICH/GCP, IRB/IEC, Health Authority and SOP requirements
• Implement innovative and efficient processes which are aligned with sponsors strategy

You are:

• A recent graduate in economics, legal area or biomedical sciences, eager to make your first steps into clinical research
• A very experience Clinical Trial Assistant, Coordinator and ready for a next step in your clinical research career
• Analytical, someone who likes to play with numbers
• Someone who likes to dig into a matter (to learn by checking previous contracts, to learn by trial and error)
• A fluent communicator (Dutch and English, Frenc is an extra!) with strong negotiation skills and you are proactive in trying to get ahold of the sites (by mail, phone)
