Lab Report Coordinator I- Bangalore- Office based

• Travel (approximately 1%) domestic and/or international.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          • Enters lab results and normal reference ranges into iRIS for the first time based on sponsor and departmental requirements.*
• Uses reference guides to enter translated results.*
• Verifies patient demographics and visit details by comparing the lab report to the requisition form.* 
• Identifies discrepancies on laboratory reports regarding demographics, visit details, results, units and/or normal ranges and initiates internal issues*
• Updates accessions with answers to any queries according to the response from the site.* 
• Performs calculations when applicable and enters calculated results into system.*
• Other duties as assigned
