In this dynamic role, you'll supervise the team of Clinical Research Coordinators, oversee setup and management of cooperation with multiple Sites and Sponsors.
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator, who can act as Line Manager for the assigned team, within the specified area of responsibility.
Duties associated with the role:
Has direct line management responsibility for assigned staff (monitors task completion, engages and motivates team members, conducts performance reviews etc.)
Monitors and supervises all administrative aspects of Site Resourcing Personnel as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts and reports preparation etc.;
Acts as immediate contact and maintains good relationships with Site Resourcing personnel, Sponsors and Sites;
Develops and adjust project guidelines and instructions, oversees project quality and compliance;
Ensures that all employees from Site Resourcing Personnel have been provided with adequate accesses, materials and equipment;
Ensures general training and provides targeted training sessions, along with quality control of all assigned staff;
Coordinates communication within and across teams, work with vendors and partners to solve problems, assist in vendor negotiations;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of experience on the position of Study Coordinator, preferably more;
Very good understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines;
Team management skills (previous managerial experience would be beneficial);
Ability to work independently and efficiently with confidence and enthusiasm;
Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage work schedule in accordance with priorities in changing environment;
Fluency in local office language and in English, both written and verbal;
Ability to keep good and effective relationship with Sponsors and Sites, well-developed sense of discretion, tact and diplomacy;
Excellent interpersonal skills, professional manner and ability to gain respect and good working relationship with company personnel at all levels;
Proficiency with computing software.
Travel:
Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 2-3 days a month in order to attend training sessions, meetings with Site Resourcing Personnel etc.
