Job Title: Manager, Clinical Data Science 

Location :  Bangalore

What you will be doing:

• Serve as sponsors primary FSP contact, managing overall program oversight, strategic alignment, and high-level communication.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving across studies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of a clinical study portfolio, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage FSP staffing and resourcing, including forecasting, recruitment, and alignment with sponsor’s study needs.
• Provide monthly budget estimates and accrual data, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
• Ensure all study documentation is maintained and archived in compliance with regulatory and standards.
• Drive training compliance across all FSP personnel to meet sponsor’s and industry regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on study performance metrics and milestones, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, with all invoices submitted.
• Collaborate with sponsor’s Study Teams and DMM Leadership, representing FSP operations in performance and quality reviews.

You are:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in people management, resourcing and leading projects and managing functional
  deliverables/timelines
• Working knowledge of clinical development process, understanding concepts of Phase I to IV and principles of study design
