Manager, Clinical Operations

As a Manager, Clinical Operations you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

The Clinical Team Manager oversees all aspects of the assigned Team, ensuring the successful execution of clinical/drug safety operations. This role includes coordinating and supervising daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring that the team meets project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Team Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback, while fostering collaboration across departments. Although they work independently, they report to and operate under the guidance of the senior management within the Clinical Operations department.

What you will be doing:

Team Management:

• Responsibility for the team's operational delivery outcomes
• Managing the subordinate team, incl. employee retention, training and development
• Building the team culture and spirit
• Contribution to the recruitment process
• Cooperation with extended management team in the terms of process efficiency and operational excellence
• Ability to provide on-the-job training and support to the team within pharmacovigilance area
• Performance management based on business indicators and soft skills
• Ensuring high effectiveness in accordance with agreed KPIs, supervision over productivity and quality

Client Relationship Management:

• Acting as the main Point of Contact for the Sponsor(s) and link between the Sponsor, CRO management team and clinical team, where applicable
• Building relationships with the Sponsor, ensuring good communication process, regular and constructive feedback
• Regular meetings with the Sponsor to verify the level of achieved business goals

You are:

• Over 4 years of experience in the area of clinical trials, including good understanding of GCP principles
• Very good leadership and interpersonal skills, acting with highest ethical standards
• Experience in working in CRO company including cooperation with a Sponsor will be an advantage
• Advanced verbal and written English language skills
• Proven relationship management skills
• Prior experience in managing a team, including remote team, or commensurate experience leading a project team
• University degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, management or methodology of clinical trials.
