What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating medical team meetings and activities.
• Manage and maintain medical documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication and information flow between the medical team and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative scopes for the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for the medical team.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree in health sciences completed.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to partnership effectively with team members.
• English advanced.
• Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Please note: The role requires full-time on-site presence during the first 6 months. After this period, a hybrid option of one remote day per week will be available.
