Title: Operations Support Analyst
Location: Sugar Land, TX

In your role as Operations Support Analyst, you will be the first line of contact in assisting ICON customers involved in clinical trials. If you have a passion for delivering professional, outstanding customer service and skills in problem resolution in a team environment, we have opportunities available in our Sugar Land, Texas Call Center.
About the Operations Support Analyst role:
As an Operations Support Analyst (OSA), you will be handling inquiries (calls and emails) from ICON customers, providing general information, responding to/resolving inquires and questions, and troubleshooting issues for first contact resolution. Ability to liaise professionally in a globally diverse customer base environment is a must.
Our ICON Call Center provides support to our customers 24/7/365; therefore team members must be willing/able to work a variety of hours/days, including holidays and weekends.
To Succeed You will need
• High school diploma/equivalent or a technical degree.
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer focused philosophy
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Type 30wpm+
• Microsoft Office Suite working knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn/navigate new software quickly.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours and able to work holidays/weekends as scheduled.
