Within ICON, Mapi Research Trust (MRT) promotes scientific approaches in the Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) field and encourages exchanges between academics, pharmaceutical companies, and international organizations around the world in the service of incorporating the patient's voice into every step of the development process of new treatments.
The role:
•Collaborates with Mapy Research Trust teams:
With COA Licensing team: Analyze, prioritize and process requests. Take necessary cleaning action as needed.
With ICON Language Services, Knowledge Management and Database team: Perform quality check in systems. Clean internal COAs database on an ad hoc basis.
•Supports Author Collaboration Unit (ACU) team objective to integrate new questionnaires into MRT catalogue.
•Coordinates operational activities to complete and finalizes COAs setup according to priorities and in compliance with Distribution Agreement, working in close collaboration with MRT colleagues.
•Searches for existing COA translations in the literature and in-house.
•Provides feedback and quality check to ACU colleagues.
•Gathers, analyzes and organizes information into internal databases to ensure distributed information and documentation are clear, complete, and reliable.
• Performs assigned project tasks while adhering to timelines, SOPs and performance metric standards.
• Identifies risks with assigned tasks and effectively executes strategies to minimize those risks.
• Supports or leads project meetings and the resolution of issues, project recaps and corrective/preventative action plans.
• Responsible for accurate tracking and regular upkeep of data on assigned tasks and projects.
• Communicates efficiently and effectively and regularly with MRT team members.

To be successful in the role:
Experience in business analysis, operational support, or equivalent positions.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are a must.
Linguistic Validation background, Scientific documentalist, experience in the Pharma or CRO industry, quality assurance is a plus.
Communication, organization and continuous improvement skills.
Advanced proficiency in English (full fluency). Other languages are a plus.
A completed bachelor’s degree.
Experience in managing project priorities, demonstrating a sense of urgency, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements environment, COA / eCOA field, and CRO terminology is a plus.
