Facilitating project team and client meetings/teleconferences, e.g. scheduling, preparing meeting materials, agendas and meeting minutes
Facilitating internal and external system access for study participants
Developing and maintaining project tracking tools and generating project status reports
Facilitating project team compliance, e.g. project specific training, CTMS and TMF compliance
Assisting with TMF maintenance and Quality Review
What do you need to have?
Bachelor's or Master's degree or international equivalent in health sciences or related field, preferred
1-3 years’ experience in clinical project administration, TMF (Trial Master File) or other relevant experience, preferred
CRO, pharmaceutical or clinical research experience, preferred
Previous experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office)
High working knowledge with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, preferred
Fluency in English in required.
