役割

現在、当社の多様でダイナミックなチームに加わっていただけるプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。ICONのプロジェクトマネージャーとして、当社の治験の原動力となり、開始から完了までプロジェクトの実施を監督していただきます。

職務内容

• プロジェクトの計画と開始：職能横断的チームと協働して包括的なプロジェクト計画を策定し、クライアントの目標、タイムライン、予算の制約との整合性に目を配ります。目標、役割、責務を明確にした上でプロジェクトを立ち上げます。
• チームでのリーダーシップ：学際的なプロジェクトチームのリーダーとして動機付けをし、協力的で目標主導型の環境を育みます。プロジェクトの最終目標・中間目標・期待事項を効果的にチームメンバーに伝え、全員がプロジェクトのビジョンを共有するようにします。
• リスク管理：プロジェクトのスケジュールや品質に影響を与える可能性のある潜在的なリスクと難題を特定します。プロジェクトを予定どおり進めるために、衝撃緩和戦略と不測の事態に備えた計画を先手を打って策定します。
• クライアントとのコミュニケーション：クライアントの第一の窓口としての役割を務め、プロジェクトの進捗状況・中間目標達成度・成果物に関する最新情報を定期的に提供します。疑義照会や懸念事項に迅速に対処することで、並外れたクライアント満足度を確保します。
• 品質のコンプライアンス：プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通して、規制ガイドライン・業界標準・ICONの標準業務手順の遵守に目を配ります。すべてのプロジェクト活動において最高レベルの品質とコンプライアンスを維持します。
• 予算とリソースの管理：プロジェクトの予算とリソースを効率的に管理し、使用率と費用対効果を最適化します。経費をモニタリングし、利害関係者に財務報告を適時に提供します。
• プロジェクトの評価：改善すべき分野とベストプラクティスを特定するために、包括的なプロジェクト評価を実施します。学んだ教訓を活用して、将来のプロジェクト管理戦略を強化します。

求められるプロフィール

• バイオテクノロジー業界での1年以上の勤務経験。

• あらゆるタスクにおいて正確性を徹底する、細部への強い注意力。

• 予算を管理し、すぐに治験依頼者と関係を築く実証済みの能力。

• 様々な責務を効率的に扱える効果的なマルチタスクのスキル。

• バイオテクノロジー分野における実験科学の経験が1年以上あり、日々の業務に対する包括的な理解を身につけていることが理想です。
