This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The receptionist will be a part of the Facilities and Administration department responsible for the office, suppliers, and general administration.
 
Overview of the role
  • Operation of switchboard
  • Welcome and help all visitors
  • Coordinate the work of the local IT technician
  • Monitor the Facilities and Administration case management system
  • Distribute and handle all incoming and outgoing post
  • Handle inbound/outbound courier packages by tracking, logging, dispatching as required
  • Administrate and programming of security fobs
  • Assist with arrangement for new starters
  • Assist with office stationery purchasing
  • Assist with the supplier administration
  • Assist with the preparation for invoice approval
  • Monitor and forward to staff received faxes
  • Assist with the administration of services of the external archive provider
  • Assist with general administrative duties and responsibilities of the Administration Team
Role Requirements
  • Appropriate qualifications and/or relevant experience
  • Good general knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Swedish
