We are currently seeking a Senior Regulatory Publishing Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Regulatory Publishing Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing the publishing and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing - Coordinating the compilation, formatting, and publishing of regulatory submissions using electronic publishing tools.
- Managing submission timelines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality regulatory documents.
- Providing expertise and guidance on regulatory publishing requirements and best practices.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to collect necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Supporting the maintenance and organization of electronic document management systems.
Your profile - Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory publishing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proficiency in electronic publishing tools (e.g., eCTD, Adobe Acrobat) and document management systems.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and guidelines for regulatory submissions.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
