After spending 10 years in Executive Recruitment within corporate services, I relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina. I was fortunate enough to be hired by ICON to work in clinical research and provide recruitment support for our Medical and Scientific Affairs teams within North America. I primarily recruit for Medical Directors, Directors of Therapeutic Expertise and their support staff. These Director roles are for Doctorate Level candidates with a therapeutic expertise in areas including Oncology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology. Our Medical Director role in an amazing opportunity for a Physician who has a passion for research, is interested in moving away from direct patient care and would like to impact patients on a grander scale.
