We are currently seeking a Scientific Affairs Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientific Affairs Specialist I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing scientific support for clinical trials, including designing protocols, analyzing clinical data, and contributing to regulatory submissions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and review clinical trial protocols
• Analyzing clinical data to support decision-making and ensure trial integrity
• Providing scientific expertise to interpret study results and contribute to clinical trial reports
• Contributing to regulatory submissions by preparing scientific documents and responding to inquiries
• Keeping abreast of scientific literature and industry developments to inform study design and strategy

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
