Senior Contract Analyst

Based in Dublin

 As a Senior Contract Analyst your key responsibilities will include: 

?         Recognising, exemplifying and adhering to ICON's values which centre on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

?         Developing a good working knowledge of ICON's costing tools, client budget grids, and any tools and templates developed within the Client Contract Services group.

?         Soliciting input and review of contracts and change orders from the relevant operational departments.

?         Critically assessing information, documentation and strategy.

?         Building relationships with ICON project teams, sales, proposals, finance, senior management and project analysis teams.

?         Building relationships with clients.

?         Independently manage and prioritise workload in relation to timelines and client submissions with consistent accuracy and speed.

?         Interacting with ICON Legal, the Sales Team, and your respective Contracts Manager, as necessary, to determine the appropriate terms and conditions to be included in the contracts and change orders.

As a Senior Contract Analyst your skills and experience will include: 

?         Prior relevant clinical research industry experience is desirable as is prior relevant experience in proposal development or contract management. A science or similar qualification is an advantage.

?         Demonstrated ability to work independently.

?         Demonstrated ability to be highly motivated and be a strong team player working well in a strong team environment.

?         Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and function in a high paced, dynamic environment.

?         Demonstrated ability to follow directions (often complex) well.

?         Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and/or to tight timelines.

?         Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.

?         Excellent communication (oral and written), organisation skills and numeric reasoning.

?         Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
