Job Profile Summary:

• Ensure department, program and study level goals and objectives are consistently met to the highest standard of quality.
• Ensure Statistical Programming team deliverables consistently meet study timelines, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Implement effective tracking and reporting to monitor staff workload and optimize staff utilization.
• Provide technical and managerial leadership, including mentorship and training of direct reports.
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately with the target of continuously developing team capabilities.

Job Description

Typically, >= 15 plus Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated
Impact:
• Translates vision into plans and guides their execution.
• Impact is on medium to long term goals.
• Contributes to cross functional goals.
• May oversee Statistical Programming teams at a global level.
• Ensure statistical programming team deliverables consistently meet study timelines, quality standards and contractual requirements.

Customer Relationship:
• Point of Escalation within the department.
• May serve on executive steering committee meetings for any client within the function.
• May represent across Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.

Resource Management
• Leads the development of staff augmentation strategy.
• May provide insights across Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.

Financial Management
• May drive efficiencies and cost savings across Biostatistics and Statistical Programming.

People Leadership
• Typically, a manager of People Leaders or Professional levels at least one to two levels below.
• Staff Development: Chairing the implementation of strategies that either evolve how we develop our staff or create new areas for staff development
