Senior Manager, Central Support Services - Office based

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Central Support Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, Central Support Services at ICON, you will be crucial in overseeing and optimizing our central support functions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead a team dedicated to providing essential support services across various departments, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of high-quality support to meet our organizational goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
Managing and overseeing central support services, including administrative functions, IT support, facilities management, and other essential operational services.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of support services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
Leading and mentoring a team of support professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.
Coordinating with internal departments to address support needs, resolve issues, and streamline processes to improve overall organizational performance.
Monitoring service performance, analyzing metrics, and providing regular reports to senior management on key support activities and opportunities for improvement.
Your Profile:
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Significant experience in managing central support services or similar operational functions, with a proven track record of optimizing service delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of support professionals.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
