Job Title:  Senior Manager, Finance, Corporate FP&A

Location:  Dublin, Ireland (HYBRID)

The Role

Our Corporate FP&A function sits within the Corporate Finance arm of ICON Finance. The Corporate FP&A function is in place to support the C-Suite in respect of a wide range of activities including:

• Regular reporting to the Board and Senior Leadership Team
• Management of the monthly forecast and annual budget process
• Providing insight and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
• Collaborating with business units to align financial goals with overall company objectives
• Support associated with the quarterly earnings call including drafting of press releases and earnings call packs

The successful candidate will be a key member of this team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of materials for the Board, Senior Leadership Team and External Reporting.
• Analysis of financial information and reporting on same in a clear and concise manner.
• Consolidated Reporting across our Global Business Services team
• Finance transformation projects across our Group FP&A Functions and our Global Business Services team
• Collaborating with other members of the team on Backlog Reporting
• Dissemination of financial information to the wider organisation as required
• Assisting with ad-hoc project work.
• Involvement with financial aspects of acquisitions and disposals as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Be a fully qualified member of an internationally recognized accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).  We are open to receiving CV's from both practice and industry-trained accountants.
• A minimum of five years commercially focused accounting experience.
• Experience working in a Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role (this is an advantage but not a must-have).
• Experience using Budgeting and Forecasting System.  Experience using Hyperion and Essbase (this is an advantage but not a must-have).
• Budget planning experience.
• Strong ability to understand and analyze financial information.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence business decisions.
• Attention to detail.
