We are currently seeking a Senior Operation Program Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team within Biostatistics & Programming. As a Senior Operation Program Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in n the preparation and development of client proposals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics and programming, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assisting in the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
- Supporting proposal process management, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.
- Assisting in the maintenance of proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
