The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Global HR team based in Dublin, with responsibility for international Reward Information & Analytics. *LI-MB1


This position would suit an individual who has an interest in growing and developing broader international Rewards knowledge. Qualities we are looking for would be for the person to be a self-starter, capable of identifying opportunities & driving projects through from inception to completion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key contributor to ICON Total Reward strategy through effective ownership, management and development of international reward information
  • Creates and enhances information and metrics to enable effective reward policy design and recommendations across multiple business services lines in 40 markets
  • Participation in international salary surveys & industry forums
  • Manages reward information for fixed and variable pay, in addition to benefits & policy data
  • Creates salary range information for multiple markets aligned to the pay principles which underpin the ICON Total Reward Philosophy
  • Actively seeks opportunities to continuously improve our information and its effectiveness
  • Creates dashboard and metrics to illustrate effectiveness of evolving reward practices and policies
  • Leverages existing technology to maximise information value
  • Partner with existing and prospective external providers to deliver best in class information solutions
  • Support internal HR partners including Service Centre, TA & HRM teams through effective communication & education on reward matters
  • Support M&A activity where required

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years + Reward or HR information experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Wider HR or reward experience an advantage
  • Excellent excel skills / highly numerate / effective in detail
  • Strong project management skills essential
  • Third level qualification & additional professional qualifications, QFA, CIPD, IIPM an advantage
