What you will be doing:

• Identifies gaps in current programming best practices and may offer suggestions
• Ensures adherence to standards and has an awareness of evolving industry standards
• Anticipates problems related to assigned work or areas of expertise and able to implement solutions, proactively seeking input from colleagues as needed and appropriate time-management
• Develop understanding of all applicable policies and procedures

You are:

• Able to lead 1 study under supervision
• Having strong programming and domain expertise.
• Able to execute a wide range of programming activities with minimal supervision.
