Shipping Coordinator- Farmingdale, NY- onsite
This a full time 6 months temporary position
• Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through the various courier systems.
• Prepare Customs documentation for international shipments.
• Enter shipment information to ICON ERP system.
• Ensure all packaging presented for transport is in compliance with DOT and IATA standards.
• Package shipments as necessary.
• Maintain daily shipping records.
• Receive deliveries as necessary.
• Report inventory levels for supplies utilized by the logistics team.
• Delivery to Customers: Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; Acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.
• To undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What you need:
We are looking for 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator.
If you have experience in International Shipments that is preferred. Must have experience using Excel.
Must be able to lift to 60 lbs. or more
Must have attention to detail

Hourly pay range
$22 hour to $23 hour
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation and commissions in some cases depending on your role and performance.

Salary range: $42,600.00-$53,250.00
