We are currently seeking a Site Engagement Liaison to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role at ICON, you will play a pivotal part in fostering relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.
• Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tailored site engagement strategies for each study and site.
• Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
