We are currently seeking a Site Management Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Management Administrator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the site management team, contributing to the smooth operation of clinical trials and the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Assisting with the coordination of site management activities, including scheduling site visits, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining study documentation.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of site management plans, ensuring alignment with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Managing site-related communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Facilitating the distribution and tracking of study-related materials to investigative sites, ensuring compliance with study timelines and requirements.
• Providing administrative support to site management team members, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
