Client Service Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.
80% - Business Development
• Drive sales and revenue for Cloud based SaaS solutions including Scientific Publication Management and Real World Evidence (RWE) Platforms.
• Generate awareness, generate qualified leads, win new business, and manage relationships with customers.
• Perform competitive intelligence and comparative analysis amongst competitor products.
20% - Client Success Management
• Provide strategic guidance to customers on new and existing features and promote best practices to ensure successful adoption.
• Contribute in client “on-boarding’s” to ensure clients are utilizing best practices.
Business Development Responsibilities;
• Contribute to quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue quota.
• Expand existing accounts and increase with new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory/account/opportunity sales strategy.
• Promote awareness of the latest product innovations.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
• Report and maintain timely and thorough updates pertaining to opportunities via
Salesforce.
• Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment.
• Represent the company at industry associations, events, and webinars.
Customer Success Management Responsibilities;
• Conduct product trainings/demo’s as required.
• Contribute with customer onboarding (sharing best practices, conducting webinars, defining and creating training videos) on new and existing features.
Requirements;
• Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing sales in a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise software application environment.
• 3+ years’ experience with selling Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) based software.
• 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing: Linked-In, Twitter, Facebook, Google Analytics, webinars and whitepapers.
• 1 + years Salesforce experience.
• Creativity, passion and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Life sciences/healthcare vertical experience a plus.
