Title: Supervisor, Site Services
Summary: We are currently seeking a Supervisor, Site Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Supervisor, Site Services at ICON, you will play a vital role in managing the operational support services at clinical trial sites, ensuring that all logistical and facility-related needs are met to facilitate seamless study execution. You will contribute to the successful implementation of clinical trials by overseeing site services, maintaining compliance, and fostering effective communication with study teams.
Location: 100% On-Site: San Antonio TX (5 days/week)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating site services operations and management of Study Management team to ensure timely and efficient support for clinical trials.
- Managing the procurement, maintenance, and distribution of site supplies and equipment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address site-specific needs and challenges.
- Overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to site operations.
- Providing leadership and training to site services staff, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or a related discipline.
- 5 + years of experience in site management, clinical operations, or a similar role within a clinical research environment. (Study Management and / or Project Management experience preferred)
- Phase 1 clinical research experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and quality assurance in operational processes.
