Managing a team of between 3 and 10 Talent Acquisition individuals
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring, ensuring delivery and continuous improvement of overall business area
- Responsible for driving quality of hire and continuous improvement in specific global function (s)
- Key member of the HR virtual team - responsible for driving best practice and key initiatives globally and within function, acting as advisor/SPOC for business/HR
- Accountability for "stakeholder pack" - (dashboards, MI, stakeholder map, helping drive upskilling hiring managers for their assigned business areas)
- Responsible for identifying process improvements and developing and implementing action plans
- Helping HR and business create people plans and subsequent hiring forecasts
- Identify additional opportunities to demonstrate TA successes to stakeholders and HM Community
- Champion and embed the use of Talent Analytics with the business to help drive hiring decisions
