Clinical Services Manager/Manager Klinische Diensten

We zijn op zoek naar een Team Manager om ons diverse en dynamische team te versterken voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Als Manager, Clinical Services bij ICON, speel je een cruciale rol in het toezicht op de operationele aspecten van klinische onderzoeken, waarbij je zorgt voor de levering van hoogwaardige diensten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve therapieën. Je draagt ​​bij aan het succes van klinisch onderzoek door teams te leiden en processen te optimaliseren om de algehele onderzoeksprestaties te verbeteren.

Daarnaast manage je een team van ongeveer 20 verpleegkundigen en gastvrouwen.

Wat je ga doen:

• De dagelijkse gang van zaken van klinische diensten beheren, ervoor zorgen dat onderzoeken efficiënt en in overeenstemming met de wettelijke vereisten worden uitgevoerd.
• Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om strategieën te ontwikkelen en implementeren die de uitvoering van onderzoeken en de betrokkenheid van patiënten verbeteren.
• De voortgang van onderzoeken en prestatiemetingen bewaken, inzichten en aanbevelingen bieden voor continue verbetering.
• Teamleden begeleiden en ontwikkelen, een cultuur van inclusie en uitmuntendheid in klinische dienstverlening bevorderen.
• Sterke relaties opbouwen met interne en externe belanghebbenden om effectieve communicatie voor klinische initiatieven te vergemakkelijken.
• Een team van 20 verpleegkundigen en gastvrouwen managen.

Jouw profiel:

• Een HBO of MBO diploma in een relevant vakgebied zoals life sciences, verpleegkunde of klinisch onderzoek.
• HBO werk-, denknivo
• Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met het vermogen om teams te inspireren en te managen in een dynamische omgeving.
• Vaardigheid in projectmanagementtools en -methodologieën, met een focus op het optimaliseren van operationele processen.
• Uitstekende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels plus uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, met een bewezen vermogen om stake holders te beïnvloeden en succesvolle resultaten te behalen.
• Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
