We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Data Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Data Lead at ICON, you will be instrumental in overseeing the management and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of data processes. You will guide data strategies, manage data-related teams, and support the overall success of clinical research projects through expert data leadership and insight.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading the management and analysis of clinical trial data, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies that support clinical research objectives and optimize data workflows.
• Overseeing data collection, processing, and validation to ensure consistency and reliability across clinical trials.
• Providing strategic guidance on data management practices, including the development of data analysis plans and reporting methodologies.
• Managing and mentoring data teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive continuous improvement in data handling and analysis.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as biostatistics, data science, or life sciences.
• Extensive experience in clinical data management and analysis, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop data teams, and drive data quality initiatives.
• Expertise in data analysis and statistical methodologies, with proficiency in relevant software and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
