Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, digital enablement, and cost optimization

  • Partner closely with the SVP, Finance Shared Services and Finance SLT to align billing and collections strategy with broader financial, working capital, and operational objectives

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance, including billing accuracy, cycle times, cash conversion, and reduction of DSO

  • Lead global collections strategy to enhance cash flow, proactively manage risk, and strengthen customer account performance

  • Oversee invoice delivery to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contractual obligations across diverse markets

  • Champion the adoption of advanced technologies (including AI and automation tools) to streamline processes and drive scalable efficiencies

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, audit standards, and internal controls across billing and collections operations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations to improve financial outcomes

  • Lead organizational design and capability development of a large, global team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in billing, collections, or order-to-cash, including executive leadership experience

  • Proven track record leading large-scale billing and collections functions in a complex, global organization

  • Demonstrated success driving process improvement through standardization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation at scale

  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with billing and collections systems and digital optimization initiatives

  • Deep expertise in order-to-cash processes, working capital improvement, and cash flow management

  • Experience leading large, global teams within a matrixed environment

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a consultative approach and ability to influence senior executives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate strategically and execute effectively in dynamic environments

  • Knowledge of financial controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards related to billing and collections
