Hi, I am Lindsey, Talent Acquisition Segment Lead with ICON, based in the United States. I am responsible for leading Executive Searches globally across all divisions of ICON, partnering with senior leadership to identify, engage, and secure top talent for critical leadership roles. In addition, I serve as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Symphony Health, acting as a strategic liaison to ensure the recruiting team is fully equipped to support Symphony Health’s needs, while also providing the management team with comprehensive resources, including dedicated teams, data, and analytics, to inform hiring and organizational decisions.

I also serve as ICON’s Global Onboarding Lead, working with cross-functional partners to evaluate, redesign, and implement systems, processes, and training that enhance the onboarding experience. My focus is on delivering a consistent, seamless, and rewarding process for both managers and new hires, ensuring onboarding serves as a strong foundation for long-term success.
