Warehouse Technician

As a Warehouse Technician you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming material receipt, clinical site drug returns, and sample management.
• Receive, inspect and store all warehouse stock.
• Perform inventory functions such as weekly replenishment, posting of Excess & Obsolete inventory and min/max changes.
• Author NOE’s/CAPA’s/Change Controls.
• Author SOPs.
• Manage or act as backup for controlled substance handling and regulations.
• Perform regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracy.
• Manage shipping activities, freight and logistics functions – pick, pack, label, schedule, ship.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Required Experience/Skills:

• 0-3+ years (with degree)
• 3+ years (without degree)
• Detail oriented, equipment operation skills, equipment repair experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• SAP Experience preferred but not required.
• cGMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate competency and in-depth knowledge of all processes, methods and procedures related to GMP environment, warehouse, logistics and supply chain
• Knowledge of CFR regulation (preferred)
• HS Diploma Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required.
